1. Custom Furniture Policy Overview
Unlike off-the-shelf mass-produced retail furniture, each sofa suite commissioned at Custom Sofa Prices Pakistan is made-to-order according to your specific room measurements, selected upholstery fabric, cushion firmness, and polishing tint. Our return and refund policy balances bespoke craftsmanship with total consumer protection.
2. Doorstep Inspection & Defect Guarantee
We encourage every customer to inspect their sofa upon delivery before signing the acceptance receipt.
- Transit Damage: If any sofa module suffers scuffs, tears, or structural issues during inter-city transport, we will repair or exchange the module at zero extra cost to you.
- Specification Discrepancy: If the delivered sofa differs from the agreed dimensions, fabric code, or configuration recorded in your WhatsApp order confirmation, we will remake or modify the piece to your exact satisfaction.
- 7-Day Defect Reporting Window: Should an unnoticeable manufacturing flaw emerge within 7 days of delivery, notify our workshop on WhatsApp (+92 300 7131249) for immediate resolution under warranty.
3. Deposit & Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours: If you change your mind within 48 hours of booking and paying your advance deposit, your payment will be refunded in full minus a nominal 5% banking/processing charge.
- After 48 Hours: Once our craftsmen have sawn your timber framing and our master tailors have precision-cut your chosen fabric rolls, the 30% advance deposit becomes non-refundable as customized materials cannot be restocked.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds (such as pre-production cancellations or verified return settlements) are processed within 3 to 5 business days via direct bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa back to the original remitter's account.
