1. What the 10-Year Wood Frame Warranty Covers
All our sofas are hand-framed in Gujrat using chemical-treated, kiln-seasoned hardwoods (primarily Dalbergia sissoo / Pakistani Sheesham or premium Acacia). Our 10-year structural warranty covers:
- Structural failure, breakage, or detachment of interior frame joints.
- Natural wood defects causing warpage under standard residential living conditions.
- Anti-termite treatment failures within the interior lumber framework.
2. What the 2-Year Foam Warranty Covers
We exclusively utilize genuine Master MoltyFoam high-density foam slabs for seating and supportive back cushions. The 2-year warranty covers:
- Permanent depression or sagging exceeding 1.5 inches from the original crown height.
- Loss of core rebound elasticity under standard everyday family use.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from accidental sharp cuts, burns, chemical bleach spills, extreme roof leak floodings, commercial misuse beyond residential design ratings, or third-party unauthorized repairs.
4. How to Submit a Quick Warranty Claim
We eliminate complicated paperwork. If you experience an issue:
- Record a short video and 2–3 clear photos illustrating the frame or cushion issue.
