1. 3-Layer Packaging Standards
Furniture transportation across Pakistani roadways requires rigorous protection. Every piece leaving our Gujrat workshop undergoes our signature 3-layer protective packing:
- Layer 1 (Fabric Protection): Dust-proof breathable poly-stretch wrapping that protects velvet, chenille, or leatherette against moisture and friction.
- Layer 2 (Corner & Arm Shock Absorbers): Heavy-duty, high-density polyethylene foam edge bumpers taped to all carved corners, armrests, and feet.
- Layer 3 (Exterior Shield): Heavy 5-ply corrugated carton armor sealed with reinforced packing tape for scratch and impact protection.
2. Free Delivery Terms
We offer Free Delivery across major metropolitan areas for qualifying complete sofa suite orders (such as 7-seater drawing room sets or full L-shape modular suites). For remote regions or smaller single accent items, a subsidized flat freight fee will be clearly disclosed prior to order confirmation.
3. Doorstep Delivery & Room Placement
Our delivery teams and partner freight agents deliver directly to your ground floor or apartment lift. For upper-floor walkups without elevator access, our dispatch team can coordinate with local helpers in your city to assist with room placement.
4. Zero-Transit-Damage Guarantee
Every shipment is insured under our workshop's transit policy. If an item arrives with any scuff, scratch, or transit defect, simply refuse acceptance of the damaged section, photograph it, and notify us immediately on WhatsApp (+92 300 7131249). We will repair or replace it at no charge.
