2. Quotations, Pricing & Deposits

• Factory-Direct Rates: All quotations provided on our site or via WhatsApp are factory-direct, cutting out retail showroom middlemen. Price ranges depend on seating capacity (e.g. 5-seater, 7-seater, L-shape), wood selection (Sheesham vs. Acacia), and fabric tier (velvet, jacquard, leatherette, or imported linen).
• 30% Advance Deposit: Custom production begins upon receipt of a 30% advance deposit. This deposit covers procurement of seasoned raw timber, cutting of Master MoltyFoam blocks, and fabric reservation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance is payable upon delivery inspection or prior to dispatch for long-haul inter-city routes (e.g., Karachi, Quetta, Sukkur) with real-time video verification.

3. Manufacturing Timeline & Progress Updates

Standard custom fabrication takes 14 to 21 business days. Intricate hand-carved Chinyoti designs, royal Victorian gold-leafed suites, or large commercial modular layouts may take 21 to 30 business days.

We provide transparent progress updates via WhatsApp, including photos of the bare wood framework, foam density layering, and final upholstery stitching before packing.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Modifications: Sizing, fabric shade, or foam firmness adjustments can be accommodated within 48 hours of order confirmation at no charge. Subsequent changes may incur material adjustment costs.
• Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, your deposit will be refunded minus a 5% administrative handling fee. After 48 hours, once lumber has been milled and fabric cut, deposits are non-refundable.

5. Delivery, Inspection & Acceptance

Upon doorstep delivery, customers are encouraged to inspect the sofa frame stability, stitching neatness, cushion firmness, and legs. In the extremely rare event of transit damage or manufacturing discrepancy, our delivery team will document the issue and our factory will rectify or replace the affected module at zero cost.
